PCV instruction takes candidates through driving and theory preparation to test-ready standard, while existing drivers receive refresher and remedial training. What You'll Work On
- Provide PCV driving and theory instruction to non-PCV candidates, preparing them for work in the London bus operating environment.
- Deliver refresher training to existing PCV drivers, assessing their performance against First Bus London’s stated company driving standards.
- Undertake remedial training for drivers referred by garages for poor standards, making an overall pass/fail assessment and giving appropriate advice.

- Preferred: A PCV instructor qualification is desirable; training is provided for candidates who have held a current PCV licence for at least three years.
- Eligibility: A clean accident record and consistently high driving standards are required.
