What You'll Work On
- Develop and manage the Estates Planning and Accommodation data strategy, digital framework and standards supporting portfolio planning and decisions.
- Act as system manager for EP&A platforms, overseeing design, development, service management, maintenance, security, access and third-party support.
- Lead EP&A requirements and design authority within cross-TfL systems projects, ensuring delivered solutions support estates workflows and governance.
- Implement data-quality plans, governance and analytical insight that improve space forecasting, estate optimisation, savings and commercial opportunities.

- Technical: Applicants need ability to evaluate complex datasets and communicate recommendations visually and in writing.
- Qualification: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, ideally in data analysis, decision support, estates or property.
