Key Notes
Bolt Business’s country sales remit spans acquisition, account expansion, retention and major enterprise deals. The London hybrid role sets the team’s go-to-market strategy, KPIs and pipeline priorities. The profile lists a degree and six or more years in fast-paced B2B sales, sales-team leadership, CRM analysis and English communication; Salesforce experience is preferred.
What You'll Work On

- Identify market-growth opportunities and remove commercial obstacles as client and competitive conditions change.
- Manage and optimise the existing portfolio through upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies.
- Feed market evidence to Product teams and lead negotiations and closure of larger business deals.
Why This Role Matters
- Bolt Business’s UK sales plan depends on country-level targets and go-to-market choices, so sales leadership determines how team capacity is allocated across acquisition, expansion and retention.
