Business infrastructure availability and security administration are the work of this ANGOKA systems specialist. You’ll maintain devices and networks, manage access and backups and provide first- and second-line support across business sites. Three to five years’ commercial systems and network administration are required, with Windows, Linux and Mac capability, cloud applications and Active Directory knowledge. The full-time Belfast role is office based; relevant IT qualifications or certifications are desirable.

What You'll Work On

  • Maintain laptops, servers, network equipment and enterprise applications, monitoring performance and data integrity to support business continuity across ANGOKA’s sites.
  • Administer user accounts, access controls and endpoint security, maintaining current systems and asset records and implementing acceptable-use and data-protection procedures.
  • Provide first- and second-line support and coordinate new equipment, software and services, recording requests and technical performance information accurately.
  • Manage backups and day-to-day network security, working with the CTO and operations team to meet IT accreditation and compliance requirements.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Three to five years’ commercial IT, systems and network administration, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
  • Technical: Windows, Linux and Mac desktop administration, servers and Active Directory knowledge.
  • Technical: Business applications such as Microsoft 365, Exchange or Google Workspace, and TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN and wired or wireless networking.
  • Domain: Cybersecurity and data-protection concepts, including firewalls, antivirus and email security.
  • Preferred: A relevant degree or certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA or the listed Microsoft administrator qualifications are desirable.
