Strategic Partnership Manager, Global Fleet Operation

Wayve London, United KingdomHybridFull Time

Key Notes

Global fleet partners in the UK, Germany, Japan and the US fall within this Wayve partnership manager’s remit. You will own commercial terms, performance standards and transitions, and support the partner model as Robotaxi operations grow. Experience managing outsourced operational partners and negotiating contracts is required; six or more years in relevant roles is a preference rather than a minimum, and the London vacancy is hybrid, with the office attendance cadence unspecified.

What You'll Work On

  • Own fleet operations partner relationships across multiple markets, leading negotiations, renewals, contractual compliance and difficult performance or capacity discussions.
  • Run partner reviews covering hiring, training, KPIs and operations, coordinating regional leaders and holding providers accountable for agreed service outcomes.
  • Evaluate prospective partners and manage onboarding, transitions and offboarding, maintaining operational continuity and transferring learning between markets.
  • Develop the global partnership playbook and performance framework and provide commercial partnership support to expanding Robotaxi operations.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: End-to-end strategic partnership or vendor management with clear commercial accountability and operational workforce delivery experience.
  • Technical: Contract negotiation and KPI or SLA management, including addressing underperformance.
  • Stakeholder: Ability to work across markets, time zones and cultures and build effective relationships with operational leaders.
  • Preferred: Six or more years in related roles, regulated mobility experience, Germany/Japan/US partner management and building playbooks from scratch are advantageous.
