On a 6–12 month contract, you’ll deliver the technical integration of a strategic customer-data repository and connected retail systems for Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. The contract covers integration architecture, APIs, data mapping, authentication, loyalty, personalisation, testing, security and go-live assurance across internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers. Seven to ten years’ systems-integration experience, strong API and database capability and proven technical-delivery, requirements and troubleshooting skills are sought. The London contract lasts 6–12 months.
What You'll Work On
- Validate vendor solution designs, API specifications, interface definitions and data mappings against the customer-repository programme’s business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate integration dependencies across internal teams and third-party suppliers, resolving defects and protecting end-to-end authentication, customer-data, loyalty and personalisation flows.
- Lead requirements workshops, translate operational and commercial needs into technical specifications, and assess process impacts, scope priorities and business-readiness dependencies.
- Manage assigned work packages, technical risks and delivery milestones while providing governance updates and supporting testing, implementation and go-live readiness.
