What You'll Work On
- Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering production across the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers fleet, maintaining compliance while vessel modifications and projects progress to time and budget.
- Build high-priority fleet defects into technical work packs and coordinate engineers and technical teams so those defects are cleared within 30 days.
- Lead production controllers by delegating work, providing training and developing KPIs for the Engineering and Vessel Appearance teams.
- Schedule day and night tasks for Vessel Appearance teams while planning compliant vessel capacity for passenger services.
