What You'll Work On
- Develop and test machine-learning and generative-AI tools with Engineering for driving-issue discovery, triage efficiency and software-quality assurance workflows.
- Analyse on-road signals and model outputs to identify emerging issue patterns, risk scenarios and difficult driving edge cases.
- Create vendor policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures that integrate AI tools into daily triage workflows.
- Design and validate triage policies and quality controls for human and AI-generated outputs under London and Tokyo driving rules.

- Qualification: Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or eight or more years of relevant autonomous-vehicle software-quality operations experience.
- Domain: Knowledge of London and European metropolitan driving rules and regulations is sought.
- Technical: Machine-learning testing covering dataset quality, bias, edge cases and statistical performance evaluation is sought.
- Technical: Experience across data preparation, model training, validation, deployment and continuous monitoring is sought.
