What You'll Work On
- Deliver physical-security programmes and process improvements across EMEA offices, vehicle depots, parking locations and technical laboratories.
- Manage daily security health, regional budgets and contracted guard-force performance against global service levels and performance indicators.
- Lead site incidents and emergency responses with Physical Security leadership, WaySOC, local law enforcement and regional authorities.
- Support EMEA physical-security investigations and act as the regional contact for law enforcement and local authorities.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes seven or more years of progressive corporate or large-organisation security experience.
- Experience: At least three years managing a portfolio containing multiple site types, such as offices, warehouses or laboratories, is sought.
- Domain: Onsite incident response, emergency coordination and full-lifecycle investigations experience is sought.
- Stakeholder: Experience managing regional vendor contracts and guard-force performance metrics is sought.
- Preferred: A security-related bachelor’s degree and familiarity with access control, intrusion alarms and video management systems are preferred.
