What You'll Work On
- Lead cross-functional vehicle-recovery, safety and logistics programmes from problem definition through implementation, using operational metrics to track delivery.
- Design scalable workflows and operating models for incident response, complex vehicle movements and evolving market-operations requirements.
- Translate regulatory and municipal permit requirements into operational controls, auditing logs and identifying market-specific compliance threats.
- Coordinate transit authorities, emergency services, Product, Data Science and Engineering around operational risks, feature requests and incident resolution.
