What You'll Work On
- Manage a portfolio of CitySwift customers and their onboarding, delivery and post-deployment projects, tracking agreed milestones.
- Monitor platform usage and performance, using data-led account reviews to identify opportunities for greater customer value.
- Translate customer goals into delivery plans with Product, Tech and Partner Management colleagues.
- Support renewals and expansion through business cases, customer feedback and evidence of product impact.
