What You'll Work On
- Hold designated shift authority for Waymo’s operating network, maintaining live situational awareness across several target markets.
- Triage disruptions and safety-critical events, decide how to stabilise and recover service, and escalate when required.
- Reconcile network priorities with local market conditions, regulatory constraints and regional operational risks alongside Regional Market Leads.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering and Operations workstreams and deliver concise crisis briefings during high-pressure operational events.

- Stakeholder: Clear incident briefings to cross-functional leaders and stakeholders are sought.
- Preferred: Emergency-services, aviation or autonomous-operations experience is preferred.
