What You'll Work On
- Set regional disruption-management strategy and mentor the team responsible for continuous Global Operations Center incident coverage.
- Act as lead Incident Commander for high-severity disruptions, making real-time decisions and coordinating safe event resolution.
- Operationalise disruption playbooks, run detailed incident retrospectives and incorporate regulatory changes into response procedures and frameworks.
- Brief executives and support partners’ external reporting with regulators, emergency services and legal counsel during sensitive incidents.

- Preferred: Experience with NIMS, ICS, ITIL Incident Management or comparable response frameworks is preferred.
