Key Notes
ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualifications and significant corporate-tax experience are sought for ownership of corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and advisory work across Vix’s international operations. The full-time role is on-site in Manchester. Applicants must currently live in the UK, hold full-time UK work rights and meet the stated UK/Ireland citizenship or indefinite-residence eligibility conditions.
What You'll Work On
- Manage corporate-tax compliance across international jurisdictions and oversee VAT, GST and indirect taxes.
- Own tax provisions, transfer-pricing documentation, authority enquiries and statutory reviews.
- Advise on contracts, market entry, acquisitions, restructuring and changing international rules.
- Improve tax governance, controls, reporting and finance-transformation processes.
Why This Role Matters
- Vix’s international operations create corporate-tax, VAT, GST and transfer-pricing obligations; coordinated documentation and reporting provide the evidence needed for statutory reviews and tax enquiries.
- Commercial contracts, acquisitions and entry into new markets have tax consequences; internal advice gives Vix’s finance and business leaders those considerations before they commit to transactions.
