What You'll Work On
- Diagnose fare-system faults using electrical tests and Vix monitoring tools, restoring on-street and on-vehicle equipment within agreed service levels.
- Install and commission transport ticketing equipment, coordinating technical changes with local colleagues and configuration engineers during customer-site delivery activities.
- Maintain technical records and planned maintenance schedules, reviewing service indicators and discussing outstanding faults and corrective work with customers.
