What You'll Work On
- Define the European Premium segment roadmap, using London as the anchor for expansion, local deployment and scaling across European markets.
- Build profitable premium-supply partnerships and coordinate marketing campaigns that generate demand for Freenow by Lyft’s higher-end mobility services.
- Own the Premium segment profit and loss account, target margins and growth forecasts, supported by a scalable operating model.
- Set luxury service standards for vehicle quality, safety and driver behaviour, while maintaining local compliance across deployments.
- Lead premium product and technical requirements and align Central Operations with local General Managers on resources and market issues.

- Experience: At least ten years of commercial or operational experience is sought, ideally in ride-hailing, marketplace services or hospitality.

- Stakeholder: Demonstrable experience managing or influencing senior internal and external stakeholders is sought.
- Language: Fluent English is sought.
