Key Notes
Freenow’s Dispatch and fleet-management software is offered to UK SME taxi companies through this commercial role. The London post combines prospecting, partner onboarding and ongoing account management, with travel potentially taking 40–50% of working time. The employer’s application condition specifies three office days weekly. English fluency is required; three to five years in B2B development, sales or account management is listed.
What You'll Work On
- Prospect, travel to and pitch Freenow’s Dispatch product to SME taxi companies across the UK.
- Convert traditional taxi fleets into Freenow software partners and manage the commercial process through onboarding.
- Own ongoing partner relationships after sale and support adoption of the dispatch and fleet-management product.
- Feed partner and market evidence to Product and Strategy teams as Freenow develops the B2B SaaS offer.
Why This Role Matters
- UK SME taxi partners use Freenow’s Dispatch product to manage vehicle fleets, so the accounts won by this role determine which operators enter the software network and move through onboarding.
- Freenow’s 2026 taxi-digitalisation initiative uses evidence from operating partners, making account conversations a source of input for Product and Strategy decisions about the B2B SaaS offer.
