Home is the stated base for this Veezu data role, with office attendance expected for at least one day each month at Cardiff HQ or another business location as needed. Reporting to the VP of Performance and Data Science, you will turn operational datasets into reliable KPIs and dashboards. SQL, Power BI or equivalent reporting software, and advanced spreadsheet skills are central to the work.

What You'll Work On

  • Analyse and transform data from multiple sources to identify operational trends, risks and opportunities for senior business stakeholders.
  • Define reporting requirements with stakeholders and develop dashboards and practical outputs that support their decisions.
  • Maintain KPI reporting infrastructure, validate underlying data and investigate discrepancies that could affect the reliability of business reporting.
  • Produce requested analyses and explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences, supporting data governance and information security standards.

What They Are Looking For

  • Qualification: A relevant analytics qualification or background.
  • Technical: Proven SQL skills for extraction and transformation, Power BI or similar software, and advanced Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Stakeholder: Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences and translating reporting requirements into practical outputs.
  • Domain: Familiarity with data governance, data management and regulatory reporting requirements.
