What You'll Work On
- Lead the Reporting and Business Intelligence function and act as the primary customer interface for reporting activity.
- Coordinate BI Developers, Data Engineers, Infrastructure, Support and Testing teams around reporting priorities and delivery plans.
- Gather and translate business requirements into reporting roadmaps while managing priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Assure reporting quality and governance, drive continuous service improvement and support service transition and operational readiness.

- Experience: Relevant experience includes delivery of BI, reporting or data-analytics solutions in large, complex organisations, including reporting, data or platform migrations and requirements workshops.
- Technical: Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard design, data modelling, performance optimisation and self-service reporting, is sought.
- Domain: Familiarity with data-warehouse concepts, data governance and information management is sought.
- Stakeholder: Experience working with suppliers and multidisciplinary delivery teams, stakeholder communication and influence through business change are sought.
- Experience: Leadership, coaching and team-development capability is sought.
