What You'll Work On
- Own relationships with fleet-operations partners across the UK, Germany, Japan and the United States.
- Negotiate partner contracts, commercial terms and renewals while reviewing hiring, training, KPIs, compliance and operational performance.
- Resolve operational capacity and operating-model issues between regional Fleet Operations leaders and external service delivery partners.
- Source and evaluate new service providers, presenting commercial diligence and partnership proposals to leadership for selection decisions.
- Lead partner onboarding, operational transitions and offboarding while building the global performance framework and fleet-partnership playbook.

- Domain: Experience managing partners that provide frontline operational workforces across hiring, training, utilisation and quality is essential.
- Stakeholder: Cross-market relationship building and partnership with operations leaders are essential.
- Preferred: Six-plus years, mobility, autonomy or regulated operations experience, Germany, Japan or US exposure, or creating a partnership playbook is desirable.
