Strategic Partnership Manager

Wayve London, United KingdomHybridFull Time

Key Notes

External fleet-operations partners across the UK, Germany, Japan and the US sit under this newly created global ownership remit. The manager controls relationships, commercial terms, KPIs, onboarding and the operating model supporting Wayve’s expanding network and Robotaxi teams. The London role identifies operational-partner experience as essential and six-plus years plus mobility, autonomy or regulated-industry exposure as desirable.

What You'll Work On

  • Own relationships with fleet-operations partners across the UK, Germany, Japan and the United States.
  • Negotiate partner contracts, commercial terms and renewals while reviewing hiring, training, KPIs, compliance and operational performance.
  • Resolve operational capacity and operating-model issues between regional Fleet Operations leaders and external service delivery partners.
  • Source and evaluate new service providers, presenting commercial diligence and partnership proposals to leadership for selection decisions.
  • Lead partner onboarding, operational transitions and offboarding while building the global performance framework and fleet-partnership playbook.

Why This Role Matters

  • Wayve’s fleet operations in four countries are delivered through external partners, so contract terms, capacity and performance standards shape how that operational network scales.
  • Wayve’s operational teams need continuity when partners change; planned onboarding, transitions and offboarding help maintain fleet operations through those changes.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: End-to-end ownership of strategic partnerships or outsourced vendor relationships with commercial accountability is essential.
  • Experience: Contract negotiation and management of partners against KPIs or SLAs, including underperformance, is essential.
  • Domain: Experience managing partners that provide frontline operational workforces across hiring, training, utilisation and quality is essential.
  • Stakeholder: Cross-market relationship building and partnership with operations leaders are essential.
  • Preferred: Six-plus years, mobility, autonomy or regulated operations experience, Germany, Japan or US exposure, or creating a partnership playbook is desirable.
