What You'll Work On
- Lead Lime bids from kickoff through submission, setting timelines, aligning resources and managing reviews across Government Affairs, Operations and other teams.
- Analyse city RFPs, RFIs, permits and procurement packages for priorities, scoring, eligibility and compliance requirements in EMEA markets.
- Write and revise German- or Italian-market proposal content that addresses municipal priorities, evaluation criteria and Lime operating evidence.
- Develop proposal themes, narratives and competitive strategy with local policy, operations, graphic-design and content partners across countries and time zones.
- Maintain proposal toolkits, best practices and content libraries and support pre-tender workshops or planning sessions in priority markets.

What They Are Looking For

- Language: Fluent English and native German or Italian writing capability are sought.
- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree is explicitly required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Preferred: Public- or private-sector procurement experience is advantageous.
