Key Notes
Regional fleet allocation is the core remit: models, rules and dashboards guide where vehicles are placed, rebalanced or held across markets. The remote role requires London residence. Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, dashboard-building and data management are explicitly required; two to four years in analytical work are listed. Preferred exposure includes BI platforms, Anaplan, capital planning and asset-heavy operations.
What You'll Work On
- Own Lime’s regional fleet-allocation engine, including models and decision rules for allocating, rebalancing, holding or redeploying vehicles across markets.
- Build dashboards, trackers and datasets showing fleet availability, market demand, allocation gaps and upcoming regional decisions.
- Model allocation scenarios across demand, utilisation, revenue, return on investment, budgets, readiness, timing and local operating constraints.
- Provide analysis for annual planning, capital expenditure, budget forecasts, market launches, scale-ups and in-year fleet reviews.
- Track post-allocation performance and improve data quality, automation, templates and model documentation with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and local markets.
Why This Role Matters
- Regional fleet allocation determines where Lime vehicles are deployed, rebalanced or held, linking market demand and operational readiness to asset availability across cities.
- Annual capital plans, market launches and in-year fleet reviews use the allocation engine’s scenarios to compare revenue, utilisation, budget and return-on-investment trade-offs.
