Key Notes
London event delivery and customer acquisition are the responsibilities of Wheely’s Senior Event Manager. You’ll turn partnership and creative briefs into event programmes, manage suppliers and budgets and oversee execution across the city. The full-time, hybrid role combines four office days in Hammersmith with one remote day; evening and weekend flexibility is required. At least five years’ relevant events experience and independent premium-event delivery are required, with luxury-brand experience strongly preferred.

- Manage agencies, venues, production partners and suppliers, negotiating costs and maintaining event budgets and delivery commitments throughout planning and execution.
- Coordinate Brand, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Partnerships teams, ensuring commercial requirements and creative standards are reflected in event logistics and production.
- Lead on-site event delivery, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to attract new audiences and strengthen existing customer relationships through relevant event touchpoints.
