What You'll Work On
- Lead EMEA country business-development teams pursuing Cubic Intelligent Transportation Systems opportunities across road authorities, government bodies and transport agencies.
- Own the regional business plan for revenue, bookings and profit, prioritising markets, accounts and capture resources against agreed growth targets.
- Build senior relationships with ministers, transport authorities, political leaders, treasury stakeholders and road-network decision makers across EMEA markets.
- Direct opportunity capture from early market engagement through prequalification, tender strategy, commercial negotiation and contract award.
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline governance and deal reporting for ITS opportunities valued between $5 million and $100 million.

- Experience: A proven record of leading teams and winning or growing transportation business is required, alongside an established road-transport industry contact base.
- Domain: ITS and traffic-management stakeholder, hardware and standards knowledge is required, including HSE roadside-repair guidance, Highways Electrical Registration Scheme, GG 104, NRSWA and TMP guidelines.
- Technical: Experience with adaptive traffic signals, traffic analytics, AI-driven optimisation, V2X, connected-vehicle infrastructure, smart corridors or cities, and cloud transportation-management platforms is required.
- Experience: Closing large systems-and-services deals, managing capture teams, complex sales and account negotiations is required.
- Technical: Experience selling services, systems or products and recording data in Salesforce or a similar tool is required.
- Qualification: A qualification in Marketing, Engineering or Management, or equivalent relevant on-the-job experience, is required.
