What You'll Work On
- Develop the fleet-maintenance quality management system, translating railway safety requirements, legislation and industry standards into controlled engineering business processes.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits, raising corrective actions and checking whether completed changes effectively address the issues identified.
- Analyse quality indicators and report compliance concerns, advising maintenance managers and suppliers on process improvement and management-review decisions.
