Major rail construction experience from design to operational handover is required for this hybrid London Bridge position. You will lead depot and infrastructure programmes within Fleet Strategy and Major Programmes, acting as Southeastern’s informed client to contractors. Chartered status or progress towards it is advantageous. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead depot and infrastructure programmes through design, procurement, construction and commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams through to the operational handover stage.
  • Manage programme schedules, scope, costs and risks, resolving dependencies between contractors, engineering specialists and colleagues responsible for the operating railway.
  • Challenge contractor and consultant proposals as the client representative, providing senior programme reporting, assurance and governance throughout infrastructure delivery.
