Ten-plus years in supply-chain programme management, new product introduction and hardware operations is essential. The manager owns material readiness for prototypes, subassemblies and fleet launches, translating engineering bills of materials into procurement plans and coordinating global upfitters. The full-time London-office-based role falls under Wayve’s hybrid working policy, with travel as needed.
What You'll Work On
- Lead supply-chain execution for assigned prototypes, new product introductions, subassemblies and fleet launches across engineering and manufacturing milestones.
- Translate engineering bills of materials and programme demand into procurement plans, identifying long-lead and critical-path components early.
- Manage global upfitter and integration-partner milestones, resolving issues that affect vehicle build readiness, quality or programme timing.
- Define material-availability, cost-saving and inventory-accuracy KPIs, using programme dashboards and trend analysis to drive supplier corrective action.
- Coordinate supplier compliance, agreements, risk controls and disruption contingencies with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and external partners.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: At least ten years of progressive supply-chain programme management, new product introduction and hardware-operations experience is essential.
- Technical: Understanding bills of materials, material planning and procurement processes is essential.
- Stakeholder: Cross-functional programme management across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain is essential.
- Domain: Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks, including TISAX, ISO standards and ethical sourcing, is essential.
- Preferred: Automotive, consumer, hardware or robotics-industry experience is preferred.
