People partnering with engineering or similarly technical teams is required for this full-time, hybrid King’s Cross role. You will work with the Senior People Partner on employee relations, performance and engagement. Independent UK case-management experience is essential; support across multiple geographies and practical use of AI tools are desirable.

What You'll Work On

  • Manage employee-relations cases and investigations, documenting evidence and advising managers on performance, grievance and absence issues within relevant policies and escalation routes.
  • Deliver engagement, performance and other People initiatives, using employee feedback and HR-system data to identify themes, risks and practical actions.
  • Update policies and manager resources, provide first-line advice and support offboarding, coordinating specialist questions and recruitment needs with the relevant People colleagues.

  • Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include manager coaching and delivery of People initiatives.
  • Preferred: Preferred attributes include multi-country support and AI workflow tools.
