Manager coaching and organisational change support are the work of this Trainline People Advisor. You’ll help managers handle performance, employee relations and team changes while improving People workflows with specialist partners. People Operations or advisory experience and confident stakeholder influence are required, with process-improvement capability. The full-time London role is hybrid with at least 60% office attendance over twelve weeks; generalist partnering, employment-law and ER experience are preferred.
What You'll Work On
- Support organisational design, restructuring and transformation, coordinating consultation and employee-relations activity with People Partners and specialist teams.
- Develop ER workflows and manager-development pathways with Employee Relations and Learning colleagues, improving guidance for day-to-day people decisions.
- Coach managers through performance, calibration and capability conversations, maintaining consistent and fair handling of challenging employee situations.
- Improve People processes through workflow simplification, AI or automation and coordinate integrated solutions across Reward, Talent, Operations, Learning and Legal.
What They Are Looking For
- Experience: People Operations or advisory work across elements of the employee lifecycle.
- Stakeholder: Relationship building and confidence coaching, challenging and influencing managers.
- Experience: People-process improvement and collaboration across specialist People teams.
- Preferred: Generalist partnering, employee relations and employment-law experience are preferred.
