What You'll Work On
- Oversee linear and street-lighting renewals within the M25 portfolio, coordinating project managers through delivery gateways and programme commitments.
- Review income and cost forecasts with project managers, challenge reporting inputs and manage workload allocations across the lighting programme.
- Manage asset-team and client interfaces, contractual compliance, change records and emerging delivery risks under the DBFO arrangement for the portfolio.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Applicants need experience delivering programmes of comparable value, managing multiple highways projects and leading teams.
- Qualification: A relevant engineering or construction degree, or suitable industry experience, is accepted; PMP or an equivalent project-management certification is required.
- Domain: Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4, highway construction safety requirements and CDM duties is required.
- Qualification: Applicants need an applicable CSCS card and a full driving licence.
- Experience: The role requires commercial understanding, budgetary control and coordination of external resources and project interfaces.
- Preferred: An HNC, HND or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline and leadership experience within a matrix organisation are preferred.
