Advanced SQL is explicitly required to lead analysis of Wheely’s London supply-demand marketplace. Relevant expertise includes four-plus years in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment. The remit spans fulfilment, arrival times, chauffeur utilisation, cancellations, pricing and incentives, with Product, Data Science and Engineering collaboration. Annual base pay is £65,000–£90,000, with four West London office days and one remote day.
What You'll Work On
- Own London marketplace metrics covering fulfilment rates, estimated arrival times, chauffeur utilisation and cancellations.
- Develop and test local pricing structures, dynamic-pricing algorithms and chauffeur incentives for peak periods and high-demand events.
- Partner with Product, Data Science and Engineering on matching algorithms, dispatch logic and internal operational tooling.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes 4+ years in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment, such as marketplace operations, consulting, investment banking or technology corporate strategy.
- Technical: Advanced SQL proficiency is strictly required, including querying large datasets, building dashboards and conducting independent quantitative analysis.
- Experience: Relevant experience includes a record of converting data-driven hypotheses into hands-on operational implementation.
- Preferred: Direct marketplace, pricing or driver-operations experience at a mobility, on-demand or location-based platform is advantageous.
- Preferred: Building operational processes, automated workflows or analytics frameworks from scratch is advantageous.
