What You'll Work On
- Advise project teams on commercial and public-procurement questions from early development through tendering and the award of supplier contracts.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, interpret contractual obligations and support the resolution of disputes affecting the authority’s project arrangements.
- Provide senior legal input to project, procurement and governance stakeholders, explaining the available options within relevant procurement and contractual requirements.
