Enterprise Mac and Windows support and meeting-room technology are the work of this Trainline analyst. You’ll manage Tier 2 incidents, device lifecycles and joiner or leaver processes, supporting staff and executive events. The full-time role is explicitly on site five days weekly at London Farringdon and pays £40,000. JAMF or Intune, identity, SaaS, networking and ITSM experience are required; relevant Microsoft, Apple or CompTIA certifications are desirable.

What You'll Work On

  • Manage Tier 2 incidents and service requests through ITSM dashboards, troubleshooting root causes and coordinating Tier 3 escalation against agreed service levels.
  • Maintain end-user assets and joiner or leaver processes, controlling laptop builds, identity access, equipment retrieval and secure disposal across Mac and Windows estates.
  • Support meeting-room audiovisual and video-conference systems and internal events, using remote administration and performance checks to maintain reliable executive presentations.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and security practices, contributing audit evidence and process automation across corporate devices, identity platforms and workplace applications.

What They Are Looking For

  • Technical: Enterprise Windows 11 and Apple systems, with working Android and Linux knowledge and JAMF or Intune device management.
  • Technical: Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, SaaS and cloud solutions, Active Directory or Azure AD, SSO or SAML and MFA.
  • Technical: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, wireless and basic PowerShell, Apple scripting or Bash.
  • Domain: PCI DSS, IT governance and security-control knowledge; the employer names ISO 20071, with the intended standard to confirm.
  • Technical: ITSM lifecycle reporting, video conferencing and modern workplace or cloud-printing solutions.
  • Preferred: MD-102, Apple or JAMF qualifications and CompTIA A+ are desirable.
