MRICS, a relevant estates or built-environment qualification and extensive estates-management experience are required. You’ll manage GWR’s operational and commercial premises, leases, compliance obligations and property transactions, including the station retail estate contract. Based in Swindon for a 37-hour week, the role requires travel across the network and coordination with property and infrastructure leaders.
What You'll Work On
- Manage GWR’s operational and commercial estates, covering stations, depots, offices and other premises with business-critical property requirements across the network.
- Oversee leases, landlord obligations, statutory compliance and dilapidations, and manage property acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Own the station commercial retail estates contract and coordinate property strategy with asset-management, infrastructure and other internal stakeholders.
