Director or C-suite support in a technology company is required for this Trainline Executive Assistant. You’ll partner with the Chief Product Officer and three VPs, managing priorities and leadership cadences including planning, quarterly reviews and offsites. The full-time London role requires judgement across conflicting executive demands and confidential information. It is hybrid with regular office presence and at least 60% attendance over twelve weeks; autonomous organisation and clear stakeholder communication are required.
What You'll Work On
- Manage agendas and leadership priorities for the Chief Product Officer and three VPs, anticipating conflicts and coordinating executive preparation, logistics and communication.
- Organise planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, leadership reviews and offsites, coordinating cross-functional attendance and practical delivery of executive meeting cadences.
- Arrange detailed executive travel, visas and accommodation and manage expenses, maintaining cost-effective itineraries and accurate reporting for leadership activity.
- Handle confidential correspondence and coordinate stakeholders, other assistants and project support, protecting leadership time and maintaining sound judgement across competing executive requests.
