What You'll Work On
- Lead and develop regional Heads of Fleet Operations across Wayve’s 300-plus-person global Fleet Operations organisation, setting accountability for team and market performance.
- Act as the authoritative decision-maker for complex on-road risk and high-severity incident response across every operating geography.
- Set global operating standards, KPIs and performance metrics while directing structured reviews and corrective action across regional programmes.
- Coordinate Safety, Technical Operations and cross-functional partners to operationalise feature testing, milestone testing and major fleet decisions.

- Experience: Leadership of global, multi-site teams of at least 100 people through a layer of managers is essential.
- Domain: Experience leading through technical development cycles such as R&D, product development, testing or validation is essential.
- Experience: Owning high-severity incident response and risk management is essential.
- Experience: Setting performance standards and KPIs across regional leaders, and managing mixed contractor and employee workforces, is essential.
- Stakeholder: Cross-functional influence with Safety, Technical Operations and other functions without formal authority is essential.
- Preferred: Autonomous systems, robotics, automotive engineering, aerospace or another regulated or safety-critical industry background is desirable.
