Key Notes

Business continuity at c2c spans operational resilience, contingency planning and the implementation of ISO 22301. It works across directorates and with organisations including Network Rail, DfT, BTP and ORR.

What You'll Work On

Why This Role Matters

  • c2c's train service faces disruption when critical business dependencies fail; impact analysis and contingency exercises test the plans intended to maintain operability.
