Key Notes

Consumer-proposition development across Trainline’s markets is the work of this Brand Proposition Lead. Technology or consumer-industry experience, end-to-end project leadership and brand-performance knowledge are required. • Brief research and monitor markets and competitors, identifying opportunities and shaping new-business propositions within Trainline’s wider consumer offering.
  • Coordinate Product, UX, Engineering and country teams to develop and test propositions, prioritising roadmaps against business goals and customer needs.
  • Set proposition execution guidelines and success measures with Brand, Creative and Growth teams, reporting product and marketing impact to senior stakeholders.

What They Are Looking For

  • Technical: Research briefing, hypotheses and data-led decisions, with familiarity with brand and business KPIs.
  • Stakeholder: Senior and executive stakeholder communication and organisation across concurrent propositions.
  • Experience: Work within or alongside product-marketing teams.
  • Preferred: AI-tool exposure and international European-market experience are helpful rather than essential.
