Certified Pavement Engineer status, a civil engineering or related degree and proven pavement-engineering leadership are required. You’ll lead consultancy projects and work packages, manage programme and budget commitments, and coach engineers. The technical scope covers flexible, rigid and composite pavements, materials, investigation methods and UK or international design standards, alongside direct responsibility for client relationships.
What You'll Work On
- Lead pavement-engineering consultancy projects and technical work packages, managing programme commitments, budgets and the quality of client deliverables.
- Develop relationships with public and private pavement clients and promote pavement-engineering and asset-management capabilities within the wider business.
- Coach engineers in pavement disciplines and oversee adherence to company processes, including project safety, welfare, quality and environmental requirements.
