Operational resource-allocation experience and detailed knowledge of driver hours are important for this Tolworth Garage role. You’ll allocate duties, manage rotas and attendance records, support new starters and coordinate with managers and controllers to address staffing shortfalls. The permanent full-time position is depot-based and includes information used for payroll and operational reporting.
What You'll Work On
- Determine staff availability and allocate duties, overtime and rest days so the garage can cover scheduled bus services.
- Maintain rotas, attendance, late-running and absence records and provide accurate information for payroll and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with managers, service controllers and driving staff to resolve shortfalls and protect service delivery.
- Support the allocation and familiarisation of new starters while applying driver-hours, safety and company procedures.
