ScotRail partnership growth and commercial performance sit with SilverRail’s Account Director. You’ll own booking and revenue targets, coordinate product improvements and manage contract and KPI reviews with the operator. The full-time role calls for digital-retail analysis, negotiation and cross-functional influence, alongside UK rail knowledge. Hybrid working is advertised around Glasgow, with candidates also considered from within reasonable travelling distance and occasional London travel.
What You'll Work On
- Own the ScotRail commercial relationship, delivering booking and revenue targets and developing growth initiatives across rail-retail products and services.
- Translate commercial needs into product and technology priorities, coordinating booking-experience improvements and acquisition or loyalty campaigns with relevant delivery teams.
- Lead partnership KPI and business reviews, analysing conversion and retention and coordinating Finance to ensure invoicing reflects contract terms.
- Manage contract addendums and issues with Legal, maintaining senior partner relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial expansion of the ScotRail account.
What They Are Looking For
- Technical: Strong digital-retail analysis, particularly conversion and loyalty metrics.
- Stakeholder: Cross-functional influence and clear explanation of technical concepts, with long-term partnership development and commercial negotiation.
- Domain: UK rail landscape knowledge and curiosity about technology and AI in rail retail.
- Experience: Independent delivery of concurrent projects to deadlines.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be based in the UK and have the right to work; sponsorship is not available.
- Preferred: B2B account-management or sales-process exposure is beneficial; residence in Glasgow or within reasonable travelling distance is preferred.
