Strong Java or Kotlin experience building distributed, product-facing servicesPractical understanding of Spring, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and SQL/NoSQL data storesAble to make architectural trade-offs across reliability, scalability and maintainabilityProduct mindset and experience in event-driven systems are helpful
