Experience leading frontend or full-stack engineering teams in a scale-up or high-quality product environmentAble to coach engineers, improve delivery processes and guide architectural decisions across distributed systemsWorking knowledge of React.js, Python, Ruby, React Native, cloud platforms and microservice architecturesFluent English and confidence managing stakeholders, incidents and roadmap trade-offs
