5+ years in BI or Data Engineering, including at least 2 years with senior or lead-level influenceStrong Python, SQL, data-pipeline and modelling capability across modern data warehousesAble to translate stakeholder needs into governed BI work, data-quality checks and documentationComfortable with ELT/ETL frameworks, orchestration, version control and observability practices
