What You'll Work On

  • Develop project plans with clear requirements, accountabilities, deliverables, dependencies and timescales aligned with the Train Drivers Academy and People Strategy objectives.
  • Manage delivery progress and project risks, implementing mitigations and escalating issues within RDG governance arrangements while coordinating the activities of contributors.
  • Build stakeholder engagement plans and work with industry specialists to develop TDA products, services, guidance and events against agreed requirements.
  • Maintain governance documentation and reporting and evaluate outputs against success measures, capturing lessons and opportunities to improve subsequent project delivery.
