Corporate travel accounts are the focus: you will retain and develop Addison Lee clients, negotiate profitable contracts and shape their ground-transport strategies. The Paddington-based role is hybrid and pays up to £60,000 plus up to 10% bonus. Relevant expertise includes corporate-travel and consulting-style sales experience, executive-level influence, contract management and analysis of account profitability.
What You'll Work On
- Own retention, revenue, profitability and development plans across a portfolio of corporate travel accounts.
- Develop ground-transport strategies with client decision-makers and negotiate timely, profitable contracts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate service, Finance, IT and Legal teams around client delivery.
- Maintain contract, spend and profitability information, and use data to support business cases and escalated issue resolution.
