Managing a large operations team and at least three years in logistics or operations are central to this warehouse leadership role. You will combine people management, fleet standards and process improvement with practical vehicle work. The position is full-time, and the application requires a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
What You'll Work On
- Lead Glasgow warehouse staff, organise shifts and apply standard operating procedures across field and warehouse workflows.
- Improve vehicle standards through fleet maintenance, repairs and performance analysis, while managing warehouse safety and operational processes.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, landlords and staffing agencies, and recruit, onboard and train fleet operations colleagues.
What They Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years in logistics or operations, including management of large teams.
- Technical: Knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems and data tools such as Tableau.
- Domain: Understanding of business management, finance and leadership principles.
- Language: Fluent English.
- Eligibility: A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months; international licences require conversion and the same holding period.
