What You'll Work On
- Translate rail-industry developments into requirements with the Retail Product Manager and Business Analysts.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers on accessible experiences across ticketing machines and station or onboard retail devices.
- Help maintain product roadmaps, development timelines and workstream reporting.
- Support testing, UAT and releases with the Testing Team, stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support customer user testing when required.
