What You'll Work On

  • Translate rail-industry developments into requirements with the Retail Product Manager and Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on accessible experiences across ticketing machines and station or onboard retail devices.
  • Help maintain product roadmaps, development timelines and workstream reporting.
  • Support testing, UAT and releases with the Testing Team, stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Support customer user testing when required.
