What You'll Work On

  • Deliver operational, people and performance improvements across the North London Railway, supporting the Mildmay Line Operating Plan and local management teams.
  • Lead improvement forums including the Service Delivery Group, tracking agreed actions and aligning them with operational and business priorities.
  • Analyse performance trends and facilitate structured root-cause investigations to identify recurring operational problems and opportunities to improve resilience.
  • Coordinate projects across First Rail London and Network Rail, measuring benefits and sharing useful practice between routes, functions and leadership teams.
