Two to four years of transport, mobility or logistics operations experience is required for this UK coach-network role. You’ll manage partner performance, analyse service data and support onboarding, training and process improvements. Based in London under Flix’s office-first hybrid model, the position combines operational standards with partner relationships and customer-resolution work.
What You'll Work On
- Own operational performance across nominated UK coach partners, applying Flix service standards to vehicles, drivers and day-to-day delivery.
- Analyse partner and network data, build reports and turn reliability, quality and incident patterns into practical improvement actions.
- Support partner onboarding and training and coordinate product or process changes with central and local operational teams.
- Work with partners, authorities and customer-service stakeholders to resolve complaints, incidents and recurring service issues.

- Experience: Applicants need two to four years of experience in a fast-paced transport, mobility or logistics environment with measurable operational responsibility.
- Preferred: Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel or Microsoft tools; Power BI and AI-enabled analysis are beneficial.
- Stakeholder: Applicants need ability to manage relationships with coach partners, authorities and senior stakeholders and influence performance without direct control.
- Experience: Applicants need independent working style, willingness to travel and confidence handling incidents, customer issues and scale-up change.
